Suggest Over The Counter Medication For Severe Abdomen And Back Pain
Hello, I need some advice for my daughter. She is 26 years old. 2 years ago she was diagnosed with spinal Chondrosarcoma. She has been cancer free for one year now. Recently she discovered a lump in her groin area. She also had been spotting between periods the last couple of months. She went for a gynecological appointment on Friday and was told to come back Tuesday for an ultrasound and blood work. She just called and is experience severe onset of pain in her abdomen and lower back. She feels pressure on her abdomen. She is a two hour drive away from me--what is the best advice I can give her! Not sure she needs to wait until her appointment in Tuesday. I honestly don t have $15 to get the answer for her. Thank you anyway. I didn t realize there was a cost involved.
For relieve she can take Spasmol (spasmoproxyvon), one sos when pain. Antacids & PPI's can also give relieve from discomfort & pain. Get her clinically examined to rule our medical conditions like pelvic or bladder infections, ovarian disorders, kidney disease / infection or appendicitis etc. She should get all required blood & imaging tests done. Her treatment will depend on the clinical condition & the reports obtained.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
