Suggest Pain Killers For Urine Infection

hi i am 22 years old female, i am suffering from urine infection (e.coli 1,20000/ml) and also my lymph nodes are infected and tender. and i send my blood for test, now i am suffering from heavy back pain and lower abdominal pain, and i am taking "ALKASOL" and not any antibiotics right now as the all tests are not completed. please suggest any safe pain killer.

Paracetamol SOS analgesic can be prescribed for pain. But before culture report comes empirical antibiotic needs to be started. Drink more water. Avoid excess spicy foods. Cranberry juice extract tablet useful. Consult urologist for examination if needed.
