i am suffering from bronchitis due to which there was a time i use to take inhaler alot at that time my doctor said that their no permanat cure for this and i have to continue to asthalin inhaler .i have allergical bronchitis like from dust of pollution of time of cutting of wheat in feilds .in suffer period i use to have respiratory problem like heavy breathing and my stomach is like filled as i feel heavy on cheast...but after i consult to another doctor he give me advice to start foracort capsule to inhale ......which work to my last condition as its one year i am taking same medicine regularly but i want to know this is some coure or it is going to my depedency to medicine

Try to identify the allergen... For it allergy test can be done... Try to avoid exposure to allergen like dust , environmental pollution or pollen... Mask can be weared ....
As repeated allergic attack you can use metered dose inhaler of foracort as maitainence.... Peak flow meter can be used to check your lung function daily...
If you are stable for few month then gradually inhaler or drug can be tapered....
Salbutamol inhaler kept handy and to use sos when needed.
