hey doctor.....i have been facing severe acne problem from last 5-6 years....i also have went through the medication process....but it didn t worked for me permanently.......i have oily skin.....please help....give me some permanent solution to get rid of pimples
You appear to be suffering from severe acne. It can be managed effectively if treated properly. If i were your treating physician I would recommend 1. Clindamycin phosphate gel to be applied twice daily. 2. daily use of oil free sun screens. 3. use of medicated soaps designed especially for acne. 4. vitamin C creams to reduce the scarring.
If the acne is severe you may have to take a course of antibiotics and vitamin A creams and capsules....for that i would recommend consulting your local dermatologist as the dose of these medicines need to be strictly monitored.
I hope this answers your question. Please feel free to contact HCM again if you have any concerns. Wishing you good health.
