Suggest Permanent Solution For Migraines

I am 45 yrs old working in finance in PSU Govt. I am suffering more than 7 years migraine. I have already consult with Neurologist Dr. but there no result. medicine Taken Ugesic 20mg(Piroxicam 20MG Sublingual Tab.). Now I am taking vesograin tab. May plz advise for treatment to total cure. Thanks for asking.
It seems from the history that you are having migraine for a long time.Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. The treatment by the use of anti-migraine drugs like Vasograin is required in cases of acute episodes.
2. Since you are having recurrent attacks you need to use prophylactic drugs to prevent the recurrent episodes.
3.The commonly used prophylactic drugs are Flunariizne or Beta blockers like Propranolol.
Hence you need to consult your doctor for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
