Suggest Permanent Solution To Fix Atrophied Penis

Is there any help or hope for a permanent fix of an atrophied penis? A couple of years ago while having intercourse with my wife she fell and bent my erection severly. There was no blood just soreness for a couple of days afterwards. After two months I developed peyronnies disease and could feel hard fibrous plaque inside the length of my penis. A short while after that I started losing girth and length in my penis. The bend has since straightened almost back to normal but the the length and girth has not returned to normal prior to the injury. I've been to two urologist and I'm told they cannot do anything to help, any surgery they may do would possibly cause more discomfort or damage than if I let it be.
