Is there any curable treatment for ever because I am experienced a lot but no benifits.I have this white patches on my lips, both palms and foots and very small pots here and there on my body.Before it was spreading, now stable about two yrs. I am A native of trivandrum Dist. now residing in Saudi Arabia coming soon for two months leave. Is this two months is enough for your treatment, and what about the expence level and I am ready for any kind of treatment, please advise me.waiting for your favorable reply. Hello Nissar, let me tell you that vitiligo is an autoimmune condition and cannot be cured permanently; yes, the disease can be made stable which you mentioned u have for the last 2 years, and attempt at repigmentation can be made, but again palms,soles, digits are the areas most difficult to repigment. Now for u, i would adv a combined medical and surgical approach, since the disease appears stable. Surgical autografting can be done at exposed sites, even lips along with topical meds for rest of the areas..These two months are enough for surgical grafting but u need to continue the meds for a longer duration, with follow up intermittently as adv Thanks
