Suggest Permanent Treatment Options For Sciatic Pain, Shoulder Blade Pain, Memory Loss, And Disc Bulges?

Started with right leg sciatic pain I had done MRI scan it shows hemangioma at L3 & mild disc bulge at L5-S1 and it continued to left leg after 4months and after 3 months severe shoulder blade pains and it radiates to both hands, also suffering with memory loss since 1yr Recently I had done MRI scan and the report is lipo angioma at L3 L4 and mild disc bulge at C5-C6 & Diffuse disc bulge at L5-S1 with bilateral narrowing of neural foramina.with All doctors suggestion I ve been using painkillers but it doesn t gave me permanent relief. Please can you suggest permanent treatment.
