Suggest Physical Therapy For Pain Post Shoulder Surgery
I avoid two of the exercises recommended by my physical therapist post-shoulder surgery because they are too painful. Surgery was September 19 and involved bicep, rotator cuff and bone spur repair. Should take pain meds and do them anyway, cut back, or what? I d like to stay off of the prescribed pain meds because of side affects, but nothing else really works.
