Suggest Positive And Negative Effects Of Medicines During Pregnancy

Hello Doctor, I have been confirmed for 5-6 weeks of pregnancy by my Gynecologist. Till now my periods had been normal, no previous abortion history. I had been diagnosed with Hypothyroidism at very young age and medication for that is on going and its normal as of now. The medication prescribed by the Gynecologist is as follows for 10 days to be consumed one time a day : 1. MCMB 69 2. Susten 200 Tablet 3. Duphastron Tablet 4. Vital Z Powder. Could you please guide towards the safety or harmful effects of above medicines. Should I start consuming these.
