Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your headache is not related to the wrist pain. It could be tension type headache, but I would like to know some more information your headache:
- the location?
- how long does it go on?
- do you have nausea or light intolerance`?
- is it throbbing or like pressure?
The wrist pain and numb thumb could be related to carpal tunnel syndrome. For this reason, I recommend consulting with a neurologist for a physical exam, a brain MRI and a nerve conduction study. Some blood lab tests (complete blood count, blood electrolytes, PCR, sedimentation rate) are needed to exclude other possible causes of headache.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards!
