Hi..its unfortunate that you lost a pregnancy, but we can't be sure whether it was due to fibroid or not..any fibroid if it's intramural or submucous ( that is if it bulges out in the uterine cavity and is interfering with the space inside your uterus and the blood supply) might reduce your chances of pregnancy or cause abortion, preterm delivery if you get pregnant..so i would like to confirm the nature and exact location of your fibroid.. The excessive bleeding and hence anemia caused by your fibroid can be tackled without surgery through the use of mirena..although it would prevent pregnancy, but once you are relieved of your problem you can retry for pregnancy after its removal..this would also help you cope up with your anemia..so you can get a gynecological evaluation done to check for eligibility regarding the same and proceed if you are convinced..
