Suggest Precautions To Be Taken Post Child Delivery
I had my first postpartum appointment two weeks after my C-Section, but all my OB checked was my incision. That concerned me. I thought he would check everything. Instead I was only given a prescription for pills, as that was my choice of contraceptive.
At this point, there is nothing more to check but your incision site. As you had a cesarean section, you need to followed up to look for and prevent infection of the incision site. Everything that needed to be checked was checked in an elaborate manner before your delivery. Stop worrying and enjoy your bundle of joy.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
