Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.
Looking at your symptoms,it is suggestive of Allergic inflammation of the airway, which if left untreated, gets bacterial infection suggested by green colored mucus.
Antibiotic like Klavox(
Amoxycillin with
Clavulanic acid) is helpful in a case of bacterial infection.
I would advise you to consult a Physician Doctor to have chest auscultation and pulmonary function tests as your symptoms seems probably of Asthma.
At present you may find relief by taking the following medication:
Antihistaminic like Loratidine,
Montelukast,
Analgesic with Antiinflammatory like Ibuprofen,
Oral steroid spray,
Cough expectorant like Ambroxol,
Bronchodilator like
Salbutamol.
Also need to have Allergy test to find out that to which substances you are Allergic to,so that you can take precautions to avoid those substances like certain types of foods, dust, grass pollens, etc.
As you are suffering in only winter season, pollens might be an allergen factor for you.
Keep your windows closed.Do steam inhalation.Avoid going out in the morning when there is a higher chance of exposure to pollens.Do warm saline gargles.Drink plenty of warm fluids.
Hope this answers your question.Take care
