Suggest Prognosis Of Advanced Congestive Heart Failure With Weakness

My husband has advanced congestive heart failure. His fluid has been under control for a couple of months now. But - in the past 4 weeks he has gotten weaker and sleeps more and more every day. About 18 hours a day. Also not eating much at all. What can I expect from here?

Dear Mrs,

I would suggest you to perform blood tests for electrolytes. Heart failure patients often have electrolyte abnormalities which can cause worsening of the patient's condition.
