hello sir...I m 20 yr old.my wt is 57.5 kg nd height is 5 9 .I m normal in my physique but I want to maintain.wanna b fit man.i joined a gym from one month but body is still normal nd my major prob is that my cheeks is little inside looks odd...so plz tell me should I take weight gainer or protein if should then what nd which type..I also wear spects...
Dear friend great to know that you are so much concerned about your fitness. u need to add 5 -6 kgs or else u r perfectly alright... By the the way if you are in gym accompany a trainer and start working on slowly. about the protein supplements i suggest you not to go with the ads. If non-vegetarian EGG white (boiled) is the best protein (complete) consume 2-3 egg whites per day if you are visiting gym regularly. in addition milk sprouted pulses, chicken (with out skin) are all very good sources. please remember if you take protein alone it is not sufficient... you need to add grean leafy vegetables, fruits and little of carbohydrates tooo . use sunflower / rice bran oil for cooking avoid too much of fried and fast food. hydrate your body weel with water and fruit juices. regarding your cheeks ... it will be alright over a period of 2-3 months,,, if you take enough calories with proteins..
