Suggest Remedies For A Bump On The Head After A Fall Followed By Vomiting

My 3YO son fell this morning while playing indoor soccer. He had quite a bump on the back of his head. He had been playing most of the day with some pain from the bump but otherwise good spirits. After dinner tonight he vomited twice and has now fallen asleep as he was exhausted. Should I be heading to ER? or be waking him up periodically?

u need to go to ER if following signs develop within next 48 hrs
