Suggest Remedies For A Chronic Sore Between Butt Cheeks

My boyfriend has a sore between his butt cheeks. Its at the top area, its been there for about 2 yrs and a half. I ve been trying to find a way to make it go away but haven t found a way yet. Its a small sore but it makes him uncomfortable to sit certain ways since it makes it bleed or hurt. Please help, thanks.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having intertrigo groin.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral fluconazole taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
