Suggest Remedies For A Small Penis And Premature Ejaculation

Hi, I m a 28 yrs old guy n have recently got engaged. My problem is my penis is very small and I face the problem of early fall while i shake it a bit. I get very easily excited which turns into early fall n I feel my sperm has gone thinner now a days. Also while urinate, my urine goes on left/right side instead of going straight. I believe this is because veins have become over sensitive.. Is this correct? M I facing any decease? If so how to cure it? Also how adversely it will affect my married life? Pls advise.. Thanks

I have gone through your query.Regarding size of penis:only 2 and half inches in vagina is the sensitive part.So size of penis doesnt matter in sex.If the size is below 3 inches then you should get treatment.You should get rid off anxiety as well as performance anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in premature ejaculation.If there is any change in flow of urination then you should get an urology examination and rule out any problems with prostate or urinary stones.
For correcting premature ejaculation you can do squeeze and stop technique.You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated.You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation.You can put on a condom or condom with anesthetic which will decrease the excessive stimulation on penis and there by prevent premature ejaculation.If all these not helping then you can approach a Psychiatrist for behavioral therapy and medicinal management like antidepressants. SSRIs like Paroxetine and Dapoxetine are usually prescribed drugs.Hope this may help you.
