Suggest Remedies For Bumps On The Underarm

Hello,I currently have two medium sized bumps in my right underarm. They are under the skin and do not protrude, however, there is also a moderate amount of swelling.I am not sure if this matters, but I also had a large bump just inside my ear. My father opened it yesterday and material did come out of the wound. He treated my ear with peroxide afterward. The reason I bring them both up is out of concern for an infection throughout my body. I have no medical background so I thought I would just share both ailments with you.
