HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Your query being appreciated, if this is the symptoms of chest tightness and dyspnea so I would like to advise to get done the cardiac evaluation test, with the endocrine dysfunction cardiac disease needs to be ruled out, with the history of chest tightness it is advisable to look for cardiac disease, although it seems to be the nonspecific chest pressure feeling and exhausted but it can not be taken as granted or taken lightly hope this information helps.
