Suggest Remedies For Chest Pain That Radiates To My Jaw

I have had heartburn for at least 10 years now and take Protonix on a daily basis. lately I have been getting SEVERE chest pain that radiates up my right jaw and my blood pressure and heartbeat go through the roof. This happens very sporadictly but when it does it is bad.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should consult cardiologist and get done clinical examination and ECG first. High blood pressure and high heart rate can cause chest pain and right sided jaw pain.
You need to control blood pressure and heart rate. So you should start antihypertensive drugs.
Avoid salt in diet. Also get done base line 2D Echo to look for heart function.
Avoid stress and anxiety. As these too contribute in high blood pressure and heart rate.
