Hi, I am unable to excrete out the motion in morning. I dont get the natural pressure when i get up in the morning. As a result i am unable to eat properly as i always feel that my stomach is heavy. Moreover this results in unwanted gas.. Please advise
Bowel habits vary from person to person. Some people get the motion( defecation reflex) in the morning while still many can get it any time in the day. It's all about training of the gut(bowel)
Normally one would have a motion within 30 mins of taking break fast but again that is not the rule, it could come later in the day.
Its better to train your bowel. Every day eating on a regular schedular helps. Waking up early in the morning and having a walk for 20 to 30 mins and then having a break fast, or the other way around; you can take break fast before taking a walk, resolves the problem in vast majority of people. The walk will help in generating enough pressure to excrete out the motion. If the problem still persists then there are medicines available for this problem as well. 1 tea spoon of Husk every day in the evening can be very helpful. other stool softeners are also available that you can use but only after consulting your physician.
The more healthy life style you adopts they more healthy bowel habits you will get.
