Suggest Remedies For Delayed Periods With Negative HPT

hi doc i'm 30 yrs old and i missed my periods, it is my 40th day since last period. i tested for pregnency with the home prgnancy kit. it showed negative signs. but still i'm scared i dont want to get pregnent. should i wait for some more days or should i visit a doctor?

1.Urine pregnancy test gives 97% accuracy, if you are more confident that you are pregnant, you can get a blood BHCG levels for confirmations.
2.You can actually repeat after a week, or get a blood test done.
3.According to your symptoms it looks like delayed / irregular cycle.
4.Take a general appointment with your doctor and get needful investigations done.
5.If there is possibilities you can have ultrasound get done.
