Suggest Remedies For Depression,anxiety And Lethargy
Hello! I have been dealing with depression and anxiety for 8 months. The last 5 months all I did was lay in bed all day. Got up only to go to the bathroom and to eat. I didn t eat much though. There was 7 days I didn t it anything! Just drank water. Around December I notice I was feeling weird ... Lightheaded, weak, anxious, couldn t think right. Went to my doctors got some test done and everything was good. Well now I m trying to get back on track. I m eating 3 times a day now. I m gaining my weight back. My anxiety is some what down and my depression. I m trying to be active too but I get tired fast. My blood work was fine so getting tired really fast could that be from not being active for 5 months?
During depression and anxiety due to physiological changes as well as due to decrease food intake, deficiency of some vitamins and minerals occurs. These deficiency can cause lethargy and tiredness early. Specifically vitamin B12 is necessary. So ask your doctor to give intramuscular or intravenous injections of multivitamins which contains cynocobylamine or methylcobylamine. At least four dose required. Simultaneously also take tablets of multivitamin and minerals. Also continue your effort for being active. Specially do exercises like walking or running daily as it will create increase in appetite and improvement in metabolism and absorption of food which is going to help you ultimately physically as well as mentally.
