Suggest Remedies For Diarrhea With Blood In Stools

I had a bad case of diareah last night. At about 8 am it started to become bright red blood (chunky) but no stool at all. This has been going on every 20 - 30 minutes through the entire day. It looks to be about 2 - 3 Tablespoons each time. I am on vacation away from my home doctor, do I need to seek help here or will I be ok until Monday when I get home. I did have several cocktails yesterday, but have had none today. I took 2 imodiums today, 1 this morning and one about 1 hour ago. Thanks, Franci
