Your symptoms could be related to an inner ear disorder or a TIA (transient ischemic attack) in the vertebro-basilary arteries. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with an ENT specialist to investigate for an inner ear disorder. A Doppler ultrasound of the carotid and vertebral arteries is necessary to examine the blood flow to the brain. Meanwhile, I would recommend you to closely monitor your blood pressure values. Blood pressure fluctuations could lead to such clinical situation or could be a normal physiological reaction to the vertigo and nausea.
