Suggest Remedies For Endometriotic Ovarian Cysts

Hello Doctor,

I am Nandini, 37 yrs , trying to conceive from past 4 yrs..got married at 33 yrs. During pelvic scan, I was told that I have endometriotic cyst/chocolate cyst on both of my ovaries...got laproscopy done to remove cyst 2 yrs before. Form past 6 months, I was taking Baba Ramdev's ayurvedic medicine; Divya Stri Rasayan, Kanchanr guggul, Aloes compound, M2 tone. I do have seedling fibriods also. The cyst size has increased after ayurvedic medicine..pls help me
