i am doing masturbation from 2nd class...nw am 23 yrd old...so dng masturbation from last 15 yrs...n am still doing this as i knw its harmful for me n my health.. i like the feet of gals n get sexual feeling after see female beautiful feet..kindly advice me how can i leave this habbit????

There's is nothing wrong about masturbation it won't cause any problem. So don't worry, but thinking a romantic way about girls different body parts common in males.

But it may be leading to sleepless nights or irrational behaviour means you have to consult your neuro physician/neuropsychiatrist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
