dear sir,nasaste.recently fot 6 months,I couldn t have sufficient sleep at night due to mental pressure.now,when I move my hand over my hair,I observe,losses of hair in my hand,specially from the front portion of head?sir,what treatment should I take? thank u, taposh, batanagar Kolkata.

you are suffering from telogen effluvium most probably.

start taking biotin 10 mg tab daily it is a effective supplement for hairs.
rinse your hair with volumizing shampoo.
you can also apply capixyl serum once daily.
