Suggest Remedies For Headache, dizziness And Nausea After I Hit My Head

I was riding a tube down a slide at a water park 3 days ago when my tube flipped over. I get my head, above my ear, very hard on the slide. It left a line on my scalp, but not an open wound. I had shakiness, dizziness, disorientation (mild) after the fall. I ve had an awful headache ever since, dizziness off and on, and nausea until today. The pressure in that part of my head is so bad today. Should I go to the dr tomorrow even though it s been so many day?

Hello dear,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com. Though your head injury did not cause a distinct loss of consciousness, so that doesn't exactly fits into a need for brain imaging study. But,you had a dizziness with mild disorientation, and are having headache with nausea till date. So,to be on safer side,I would advise you to please consult a neurosurgeon and get an immediate Computerised tomographic (CT) scan of head done to see for any intracranial damage.I hope it helps.
