You are suffering from leg pain during your menstruations. It is due to poor general health condition. You are not taking adequate amount of iron, calcium and other minerals in your diet. Dietary adjustments can help to reduce with menstrual cramps in the abdomen and leg pain during periods. Take a healthy diet that includes omega-3 fatty acids, fruits, vegetables, nuts, lean proteins, and complete grains.
To get relief, you can take acetaminophen, one SOS when required. Do regular exercise and walking to strengthen the muscles. Warm compress or gentle massage with pain relieving ointment may be helpful. Stay away from addictions if any. Take food rich in calcium and magnesium in your regular diet.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,
You should start with anti inflammatory drug like Voveron pill (over the counter) twice a day after food 5 days prior to periods. This should help recent symptoms within 2-3 cycles. In case it does not, please consult a gynecologist for hormonal supplements.
