OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. The small haemorrhage adjacent to the gestation sac is known as subchorionic haemorrhage. If the associated fetal growth and heart beat is normal, then conservative management is done by giving progesterone support in the form of tablets or injections.
The subchorionic haemorrhage is a collection of blood which resolves over time, and spotting may continue till it completely resolves.
I would suggest you to get a ultrasound repeated now so that subchorionic haemorrhage and other causes of persistent spotting can be assessed.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Dr Deepti Verma
