Noted the history and understood the concerns:
Antibiotics can cause loose motions, GI upset in any form but vomiting is rare to occur.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Send the stool and blood for tests including for diabetes.
If there is an evidence of an intestinal infection then this is
gastroenteritis and needs another antibiotic,
metronidazole active against intestinal infection.
Also need a PPI like Omeprazole, antacids and
Domperidone for the nausea and vomiting to take care of gastritis irrespective of the cause.
If there is no infection stopping the antibiotic, taking the probiotics can help you to stop the symptoms of loose motions.
In diet, take yogurt/curds, bananas, rice and soft bland diet once the vomiting stops.
Take activated charcoal also.
Plenty of oral fluids with electrolyte solution for avoiding the
dehydration and
electrolyte imbalance.
