Suggest Remedies For Pain During Urination In Baby

Hi,

I have a 4 week old baby, he suddenly cries a lot during night and becomes calm after urinating. This happens only in the night so far(2 times as of now). We also notice that he shivers while urinating. Can you help us in finding the reason. It is painful to see the child cry.
