Suggest Remedies For Pain In Knee , Calf And Upper Arm

I'm 71 and a skier ...have cervical stenosis and probably arthritis in knee ..pain in leg mostly knee and calf. Driving hurts the most. Also pain in upper arm

Got back from skiing last week I also did exercise class stalled body shred for half hour

According to the information presented, the pain can be due to several factors, among them, excessive physical activity, consequent wear of articular cartilage and, of course, age.

However, among the modifiable factors that may contribute to pain relief is physical activity.
I understand that sport is important to you, but I would recommend rest for at least 15 days. In addition, analgesics such as ibuprofen every 8 hours for 7 days in conjunction with 4 or 8 mg of thiocolchicoside every 8 hours, it will release yur muscles, and ligaments. There are presentations of this drugs, which are combined.

Also local ice is useful for ten minutes very 3 or 4 hours, during 2 or 3 days.
