Suggest Remedies For Pain In My MCL After An Injury
I injured my MCL in mid april. I got takled playing rugby from behind and my knee hit the ground first with all my weight going through it. I got up and was able to walk on it ok. There was min sweelling in the first few days. I iced it etc. I have been doing strengthing work on it since. im able to do anything in the gym with not much pain, eg full back squat (heavey). I have start back training 2 weeks ago, and i have pain as i run, its uncomfortable but i am still able to run. I feels my knee is ok its just the pain on the mcl that is preventing me to be at 100%. i have seen physios and they say its not bad because the joint isnt opening up, but the pain persists.
