Understanding your concern. As per your query you daughter have symptoms of pigmentation on forehead which is due to hyper-pigmentation as her skin is extremely sensitive and it leads to absorption of pigments in sun especially on sun exposure. Need to worry about anything. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight and it ever you have to go cover your face with wet cloth. Apply medicated sunscreen TAN CARE rich in Spf 30. Use meta-rub to remove pigmentation from face as face wash. Use lightening cream rich in kojic acid at nighttime and rich in azelaic acid at day time to completely get rid of pigments. Visit dermatologist once if symptoms keeps on persisting. Don't use chemical rich face wash and steroids on your face as it will cause darkening effect. Take cotton swab dipped in tea tee oil and apply on face as it will lighten skin color. Drink plenty of water.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
