Suggest Remedies For Pulsating Headache On My Lower Head

I am having pain on and off in the lower back of my head for the last couple of days. When I had something similar a few years ago, I had an MRI and the neurologist said it was a Migraine headache. Now it seems I have it back. Should I take aspirin or go to my Dr. again? m

Hi

Though it depends on your own option to exercise the choice between going to Dr. again or resorting to aspirin, you may try yet another option to resort to Ayurveda.

While allopathy has quicker relief in headaches but it would not cure the migraine/ chronic headache. It doesnt mean that allopathy is not good. It certainly relieves the shooting headaches in times of need.

Alternatively, ayurveda may take several months to cure Pitta-kapha vitiation which is said to be causing 'Shirshool'/ 'Anantvaat' (Headaches/ migraine) and there are maximum chances of not coming it back for a long time ahead.

Ayurveda, however, suggests some simple food protocols to follow such as avoiding cold drinks, ice creams, stimulating food for some time. Medicines are almost available globally or may be ordered online.

If you agree, may contact through direct question.

Hope its useful to you.
