my agee is 21,male,6ft,65kg,studying btech at nit silchar.m suffering from maxillary sinus,m having pain on my chicks.sometimes m alright but a little weather becomes cold and cloudy n rainy i get a abbrupt pain in my chicks.i was on medication 4 20 days b4 1 month.m now again getting trouble i just want some advice that what precaution i should take n should i again take some antibiotics

Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the pain in the maxillary sinus is concerned, it can be because of the maxillary sinusitis secondary to the bacterial infection. Nothing to be panic, you ca take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole(if you are not allergic). Take steam inhalation. You need to get a computed tomograph done to confirm the diagnosis and to rule out other lesions in the maxillary sinus. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, we can manage accordingly either with medication or surgery.
