Hello, I have gone through the query and here are your answers: 1. The anterior wall fibroid is slightly larger in size and may need removal either medically or surgically if causing symptoms. 2. The posterior wall fibroid is smaller and can be observed. 3. The cyst in the right ovary is of significant size and needs management. 4. It is a cyst and its nature can be determined by the functional and anatomical findings. 5. Lt. renal calculi means there are stones in the left kidney. With this sonogram report, you should consult a gynecologist as well as a nephrologist to plan further management. Hope this helps.
