Suggest Remedies For Severe Hair Loss
hello dear Dr. I am a 28 year old female, i am a sufferer of female pattern hair loss. during the two last years, i used minoxidil 2%. from 1.5 months ago i started using xandrox (minoxidil+azelaic acid+treteonin), since that time i am expriencing shedding like crazy, about 300-400 a day. i know this shedding is normal, but sometimes i see hairs with black stuff at the end of the fallen hair. i know that telogen shedding with white bulb is normal during this period. is it normal to see hairs with these black stuff at the end???? my doctor said that it is not important, your hairs are shocked, may be there are in anagen or catagen phase and shedding!!!!!!! you should be patient please help me! i am afraid of loosing my hairs permanently!!!

There is no Female pattern baldness like disease, the most common cause of hair fall in female is hormone disturbances and this need to be found out first and second in fungal infection this also matter of concern, otherwise you can continue the Minoxidile make it 5%, hope this helps.
