Suggest Remedies For Severe Pain Around The Waist And Back Bone

Sir, i have serious pains around my waist region, prodominately at the bottom of my back bone. This (pain)was recently chronically aggravated recently when I was lifting an object and couldn t walk or stand upright for days. This pain has been on and off over 2 years now, And I have been told to do an MRI scan. I am 39 years old. What do you think and advice?
