Suggest Remedies For Severe Pain In My Tonsils After Smoking

I have had tonsillitis in the past but never got my tonsilis removed. I recently smoked some weed a week ago and now I m in severe pain from my tonsilis which is causeing me major perssure in my head that s also painful I get the hot and cold flashes runnning a little bit of fever every other hour and I m trying to avoid going to the er cuase I have no med insurance for now what should I do and is it possible that smoking cuased me getting sick?

Hello,

Smoke contain nicotine and some other irritants may be irritating your pharynx and nasal cavity. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet levocetirizine twice a day for five days. Stop smoking. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
