my partner punched me last night on the side of my right ear just up a bit and towards the back, I have a really bad headache today and the area is very very sore and tender, there is also a bit of swelling or maybe it's a bump. I was just wondering if i should be concerned about this and if i should see a doctor. Thank you very much
