Suggest Remedies For Swollen Bumps Under The Arms In An Elderly Woman

I am a 61 year old female, widowed and have not been sexually active since death of husband in 2011. I am having pus bumps under my left arm (had an infected lymp node squeeze out pus and is flat now but think it is clogged), left breast, cyst on left arm near below elbow and wrist. Now I have swollen flat bumps on both sides of my vagina.
