hi, this is a bit silly but better to be safe than sorry......
i started doing workouts to a home dvd yesterday. they're only 30 mins and i done one yesterday and one this morning and now my thighs are killing me, so much so i cant climb stairs without support. i have never exercised before and i'm wondering weather or not to do another workout in the morning to get my body used to it.
what should i do??
