Suggest Remedies For Thin Hair Line And Slow Growth

Hello I am 20 years old girl and my question is my hair is not making length since my birth... it is thin and 4 to 5 inch my hair is not plane and it has gath on many hairs after 3 to 4 inch length. After some time Its broken from that gath it cause there deficit in the length of hairs so plzz give me a reliable answer..

Thank you for your question.

You should firstly rule out a medical cause.
Common causes include:
Iron deficiency anaemia
Abnormal thyroid hormone levels
Certain auto immune conditions
Your doctor can rule these conditions out with some blood tests.

If no medical cause is found, you should use a caffeine containing shampoo which will stimulate hair growth.
You can also take a supplement containing biotin, folic acid, omega 3 and 6, vitamin E and D.

If you use heat when styling your hair, always apply a heat protecting serum or spray.
