I have a twinge in my right knee just above my knee cap. It began after I went up and down stairs at my son's house and later at a sports arena. I walk 30 minutes every day and have for 4 1/2 years and have lost 45 lbs. and weigh 154 now at 5'5" (female, age 68). Rest and ice helps as does shoe orthodics but would like to overcome this problem. Also sometimes have slight pain on inside area of the same knee and feel a movable marble size bump that comes and goes.
