hello welcome to hcm your symptoms suggests that you have developed ALCOHOLIC GASTRITIS due to excessive intake of alcohol in a very short span of time....excess alcohol intake at once causes production and secretion of more than normal amount of gastric acid in the stomach .... apart from causing acute episode of hyperacidity excess alcohol also causes increased contractions of the muscles of stomach and intestines which in turn leads to nausea / vomiting / diarrhoea and severe dehydration in extreme conditions....if i were your treating doctor i would have advised you the following treatment for 1 week --
(1) capsule rabeprazole once daily before breakfast (2) tablet metoclopramide 3 times a day (3) make sure you take lots of water and electrolytes to keep your body hydrated
hope you will find this information helpful and in future please avoid ingestion of large quantity of alcohol at once take care hcm
